  • What is the cost of naturopathic consultations?
    A list of my services with pricing is available here. One community outreach consultation is available per month. Please email hello@kerri-alexander.com.au for application details.
  • What days do you work in clinic?
    I am in clinic seeing my gorgeous clients on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. All additional orders for herbal medicine formulas and supplements will be dispensed either for collection or postage on Thursdays.
  • Are naturopathic services covered by my private health fund?
    Unfortunately, as of 1st April 2018 due to changes in Federal government legislation, all of the major private health funds will no longer be covering Naturopathy or Western Herbal Medicine and a number of other natural therapies as part of their extras cover. A review into this decision is currently underway with results due to be released in 2024.
  • What happens in between consultations?
    I will check in with you between your first and second appointment to make sure that you are settling in with the changes that we have implemented.   • Do I have to take liquid herbal medicines?
    If you would prefer not to, I can often find a tableted form of the herbal medicine blend that I have prescribed. I do prefer working with liquid herbal medicines because not only are they better absorbed and utilised by the body, but they also give me the flexibility to create a formula that is specifically made for you.
  • How do I collect my herbal medicines or supplements?
    All orders are put into a coldbox that sits safely outside the front door at Somerville Road, ready for your collection. I ask that all collections be made between 9am - 7pm Monday to Friday only. Weekends are precious family and self-care time.
