I am in clinic seeing clients in-person and online on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in Waitara, and online only every second Friday of the month. All additional orders for herbal medicine formulas or supplements will be dispensed during the week and made available for collection from Waitara.

Yes! Private health insurance coverage was finally reinstated for Naturopathy and Western Herbal Medicine in April 2026. To understand your eligibility please contact your insurer so that you are able to claim your consultation fees

If you would prefer not to, I can often find a tableted form of the herbal medicine blend that I have prescribed. I do prefer working with liquid herbal medicines because not only are they better absorbed and utilised by the body, but they also give me the flexibility to create a formula that is specifically designed for you.

Using practitioner-only supplements ensures that the products you receive are formulated using the highest quality ingredients along with the correct therapeutic form and dosage of nutrients for your needs. Practitioner-only products are also regulated by the TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration) who ensure the highest quality assurance standards and including all excipients. While some off-the-shelf products may be cheaper, choosing the higher quality supplements will ensure you get the most value out of your treatment plan.

All orders are put into a collection box that sits safely on the patio at the Waitara clinic, ready for your collection. I ask that all pick-ups are made during weekday business hours.
